While mine bloomed showing mostly white with very few red streaks, I believe this was due to the natural variation found within this tuber. I’m excited to grow them each season because they do change how many stripes you get based off where you plant them in your garden. I haven’t quite figured out WHAT determines more or less streaks yet. I’ll let you know when I do.
